2. Order Cancellation by Customer
You can request cancellation of your order before it has been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at admin@smrewinfotech.in with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If the cancellation request is approved, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after delivery according to our Refund and Return Policy.

4. Cancellation by Smrew Infotech Works Private Limited
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock or discontinued

  • Pricing or technical errors on the website

  • Payment not received or payment verification failure

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

If your order is canceled by us, any amount paid will be refunded in full to your original payment method.

5. Prepaid and COD Orders
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the same payment source used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, there will be no refund since payment is collected only upon delivery.

6. Modification of Orders
Once an order is placed, changes to the product, size, or shipping address can only be made if the order has not been processed or shipped. Please contact us promptly to request a modification.

7. Refund Timeline
After cancellation approval, refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days. The time it takes to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
